For order picking, we use advanced robotic solutions from Caja Robotics and NEO Intralogistics. These automated stations enable precise and fast order assembly.

The costs for our fulfillment services follow a simple formula: flat fee + packaging + customization. With our transparent pay-per-package model, the price for each individual package remains consistent; only packaging and customizations like handwritten cards are charged separately. We begin with two simple steps: during operational onboarding, we record standard processes and requirements such as cut-off times, followed by customization options like packaging concepts and branding.
